I was walking my dog early in the morning through the city. She sniffed along the sidewalk, stopping at every tree and lamppost like it was the most important discovery in the world lol. I just watched and let her lead.
We reached the corner where we usually turn back but she hesitated and sat down, ears twitching. Somewhere in the distance a train rumbled underground. I looked down at her and saw she was already looking up at me. Then we simply carried on. And then I woke up.
Felt much more "daily life" than the other which was nice :)

I was stretched out on a lounge chair by an infinity pool, half-listening to Lochy argue with his brother about something. The water was so still it looked fake. Not a single ripple. Then out of nowhere a single wave rolled across the surface. For some reason this was exciting to dream me and I sat up basically screaming "Did anyone see that?" Lochy looked over and said "See what?"
His brother (i forget his name) was still wearing sunglasses even though the sun was setting. He did a half ass laugh and went "here we go."
Then there was another ripple. This time a shape pushed up against the surface. When the water broke it was like lochy 2.0 emerging. Same face. Same hair. But the his skin was super smooth like a porcelain doll.
I turned to the real Lochy waiting for him to react but he just stared at his duplicate in the water.
"Well" his bro said after taking a sip of his drink. "That’s unsettling."
I actually woke up laughing at my own dream joke. 🤣 This has got to be a missing scene or something it was so realistic yet not at the same time.
I’ve had sleep paralysis just about once every other month since I was probably 13 and my experiences range but the other night was unlike others.
I had a nightmare where I was with a friend in my apartment but there was a group of people trying to break in. I woke up to having sleep paralysis and yelled for my friend who was in my dream (still blurring dreams with reality) but then suddenly I had the realization that I was in my room experiencing sleep paralysis and yelling for my friend wouldn’t help but my girlfriend could so I started yelling for her and telling her to wake me up. I kept going back and forth from my dream and reality telling her her to wake me up and for the first time in my life I felt like I was actually making noise!! I woke up to my girlfriends hands on my chest and I was sat straight up panicked still worrying the dream #intruders were going to come in but then reality sunk in and I hugged my gf then went back to sleep.
In the morning she said I was mumbling but clearly in distress for 5 minutes before sitting up!! I’m stunned. I’ve never been able to make noise during paralysis before, had anyone else been successful in making noise/movements during sleep paralysis?
Last night I had a dream that there was a sleep app that could tell you what dream you were having while you were sleeping and it would tell you either the exact dream or themes at different time stamps throughout the night so you could read about it all in the morning. Now i want it 😂
I was at a Healing/Witches House listening to her teachings with her assistant. (Never met them before) When I found a back room filled with books. Which after the teaching I was able to take one that was HUGE. My name was on a white board among other names (I don’t remember or recognize) I was second to the bottom, maybe 8 or so listed. In the same room. It was comforting and warm.
Then it was time to leave, instead of getting in a car, I was on a motorized scooter! It was tricked out. I was trying to find my way back to Spokane I kept getting lost and looping back to the witches hut. Finally I got on a freeway with others showing me and riding with me. When a white truck going the wrong direction came speeding at me and BAMMM I was hit. The dream ended with like a video game end screen. It was fiery and a ram skull was in the center…
I woke up
I was walking through what looked like an old park with stone paths and overgrown ivy. The place felt familiar, though I couldn’t remember ever being there before. I had a water bottle in my hand that looked an old blue one I used to have years ago.
I unscrewed the cap and took a sip. The water was ice cold and felt refreshing, but something about it gave me pause. I kept walking and after a while I realized that no matter how much I drank, the bottle never emptied.
I stopped at a bench and held it up to the light. The water inside looked still, then I noticed small ripples moving across the surface even though I wasn’t shaking it. It was actually quite interesting to look at and I wish I had the skill set to draw if for you all, ha.
Anyway, I thought about pouring it out but decided against it. Instead, I screwed the cap back on and kept walking. Then I woke up!

I woke up from my slumber and I could vividly remember the last parts of my dream/nightmare and it kind of freaked me out.
From what I remember I was driving up the coast with the person I hate going to our soccer finals and everyone in the ocean was just standing there looking off into the distance like frozen in time the waves were stuck too, we got stuck in time too and the weird parts that could of been a coincidence but still weird was I had set TWO alarms on my phone to wake me up and neither of them went off..scared me shitless.
what does it mean and should I be concerned?
I had a quick dream last night where I was filling out a survey to win a puzzle of this random yet beautiful scenic area. I was notified that I ended up winning and when I opened the puzzle I realized I chose the wrong color scheme on the survey and was super bummed bc I wanted to regift it to my friend. I went to the website where I did the survey and went back and forth with their chat bot, eventually being able to change the puzzle design. I don't remember what the final design was, but I remember opening it back up and being stoked that it was a cool design that my friend would love. Woke up right after opening the new puzzle #gift
As the title suggests, I frequently lucid dream in the mornings about my daily routine, like waking up, getting ready for the day, responding to people, and planning out my day. Everything feels natural, but I’m aware that it’s happening in a lucid state (which took some practice getting used to😅).
I usually begin with a pretty mundane routine of getting out of bed, making coffee, and checking texts/emails. I can feel the weight of the blankets in the morning and the sensation of sitting at my desk with my coffee. Sitting down is around when I realize I'm not actually awake. Once lucid, I can choose whether to stick to the routine or switch things up. Sometimes I play around with the details of things like giving myself a comfy-er chair or adding new tasks for myself (like picking clothes off the floor) before eventually "waking up" to start my real day.
Locking into this moment took some time, but im starting to really enjoy this little pre-routine. Curious if anyone here has experienced something similar?!
My aunt was in the kitchen, tending to her plants. Vines crawled up the cabinets, their leaves brushing against the ceiling. Pots of ferns and succulents lined the counters, some spilling over onto the floor. She didn’t look at me, just kept pruning.
Without turning her head, she says to me (?), “This house was never finished."
Then I woke up. I believe she was talking to me, but I'm also not 100% positive I was the only one in the kitchen. Not an eerie feeling, just perhaps another presence there with us.
