I have been struggling with my mental health for quite a few years now. Within the past year or so, one of the ways I've been trying to manage that is vaping (I have tried getting therapy through the NHS, but can't) anyway, the vaping helps at first, but then it messes with my sleep, and I end up feeling worse. So I quit. I don't usually have any problems with quitting initially, but the cravings come back at some point, and I find myself wandering to the petrol station to get a vape.

The most recent time I quit was the night after I dreamed that I was having a routine scan at the doctor's, and the doctor saw something on the scan that worried them, so they scheduled me for a biopsy. But I died before I could have the biopsy done. I was standing over my own body on the floor. I woke up at this point and relived the dream for a while. It has shifted something in my mind with regard to my attitude about vaping. There are better ways I can manage my mental health without turning to a substance. I always knew that really, the depression was clouding my thinking. I don't think about it much during the day, but I guess subconsiosuly I am thinking about it.

Last night I had a dream that people kept vaping around me and I was getting really annoyed because I wanted to do it too. Thankfully no dying in this one, but I haven't been tempted to go and buy some more yet.

I’ve had the same #reoccuring location a handful of times but different dreams that take place there. In this dream I’m standing next to the river/waterfall/beach location walking on the side of the road cutting between the swim spot and the snow topped mountains. In this location I always do a 360 at the beautiful location but in this dream I was following behind my dad and a friend of his when all of a sudden I trip and fall on my bare knees. My dad tells me to get up with a laugh, dismissing my pain. As a lift myself up I find big chunks of skin on the ground and huge gashes deep around my kneecaps. I woke up

Anyone else have a dream location like this?

Interpretation:

Dreaming about a scraped knee can symbolize various things, often related to vulnerability, emotional discomfort, or a need for healing. It might reflect a feeling of being hurt or damaged, or a desire to protect yourself from future harm. The scraped knee could also represent a physical or emotional setback that needs attention and recovery

Last night I had a dream that me and my best friends were eating seafood boil with Kamala. We were cracking open crab legs, dipping it in gooodddd ass seasoned butter and giggling together. I was literally so sad when I woke up and it wasn’t real

Hello Dreamers,

I originally posted this on Reddit but wanted to share on here too.

I had a dream that I was falling in love with a man. It felt like the longest dream I’ve had in a while. From what I remember in my dream; I was suppose to be set up on a blind date with another man but he didn’t show. Next scene, I’m in a house disappointed being stood up and the man I fall in love with smiles at me and is charming. After that, we’re in a closet with no clothes on and kissed but we didn’t go all the way. We were hiding in the closet to hide from a Godzilla type monster that spits out acid. Maybe we hid in the closet to avoid being spat on. The setting changes again and this time we’re outside a hospital and he smiles at again and says “Hi”. After being outside hospital we end up at a grocery store. By this point, I felt that we were happily together until a woman comes up and I can’t remember what she said but I do remember being angry at him and walking away.
I was sitting down on a bench in the grocery store, sad and angry. From my peripheral vision, I can see him pacing contemplating talking to me and with flowers in his hands. Before I could hear what he had to say. I woke up.

I also had another dream not too long ago about, I was in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios or at least a version my subconscious created. The dream goes, I’m having a good time at Hogwarts and out of nowhere there’s snake everywhere. Trying to bite me and couldn’t run away. Out of nowhere a man comes and saves me. He saves me by just picking them up and removing them. There was no romantic feelings just thankfulness. Is my subconscious telling me I should start dating? Or could be an interpretation? Love to hear your thoughts. Thank you.

In my dream the other night my girlfriend and I parked outside our apartment (an apartment irl I’ve never seen before but in my dream felt so comfortable like I’ve lived there for a while). We talked about how we still don’t know if we have a parking spot in the garage so we peeked in and were happily surprised to find two parking spots were marked “5” which we instinctively knew was for us (apparently our apt was #5??). We walked around to the front of our condo apartment in the cul-de-sac style pine tree shaded street when we heard someone calling to us. We looked over to see an ex-friend who I quickly yelled to telling her to leave us alone and go home, she rolled her eyes and walked away towards our other ex-friend who was clearly drunk stammering through the street. We walked up to our front door and heard another holler in our direction, we turned to find our good friends Pat and Hart. We waved and went inside our apartment. The front door opened to a large 70s style carpeted 2 floor space with carpeted stairs leading up to a balcony that the bedroom went off of. Our cat and dog greeted us. We were home sweet #home 🏡

(I’m still thinking of why the number 5 instantly meant home. So I googled it and the desire for new experiences makes so much sense!)

Last night I dreamt I was walking into a parking lot to get my car for an interview a couple blocks away. I walked into a lot around 5/6 pm where I found an empty and shaded spot (felt super excited to get a spot with some shade). Unfortunately there were some people around so I tried to find a spot further away. Once at the new spot, I looked into my tote bag and saw my car as a little toy. I was super nervous about putting it in the parking spot bc I didn't want people to watch and judge me as the car grew to full size. Then I looked back at the parking spot and my car was already there, thankfully. I then drove halfway to the job and stopped in a different parking lot.

I got out and started rummaging through the back looking for a bike tool I needed before going on a ride as I wanted to ride my bike the rest of the way. I remember looking for the tool while also telling myself I needed to hurry up and get going. I saw the red handle of what I believed to be the tool (it looked nothing like a bike tool but it worked for my dream) and that's when I realized my bike wasn't even in the car...

I closed the trunk and saw a nearby neighborhood (the one I drove around to get to the next parking lot) and remember talking to a bunch of guys playing baseball before running off. They were asking what I was doing and I distinctly remember yelling back "wouldn't you like to know" and then started running through the courts until I was back at the neighborhood. Then I woke up.

Definitely felt a sense of shame at the beginning and urgency/stress throughout.

I just had a dream where I created a new word called “Entigonate” that had something to do with engrams and numerology. And for some reason it was coming off as a verb in my dream like “to entigonate is to…” but never got the actual definition. If yall have any good ways to define this new word lmk 👀

I've been having dreams for the past 2 months or so where I'm arguing with someone and can't talk. It's always different people that I don't recognize yelling at me over different things. When I try to yell back, I can't talk at all and it feels like I have a huge lump in my throat. Sometimes it wakes me up at night because I can feel the emotions of anger and defenselessness so vividly.

I keep having this recurring theme in dreams where the brakes in whichever car I’m driving either don’t work or are incredibly slow to engage.

Last night I was driving a Ford Econoline (one of those #vanlife vans) and the brakes were suuuuper worn out and barely worked. I wasn’t in the city or anything to note, it’s mostly the recurring feeling of not being able to stop in time in any environment.

I’ve probably had this recurring feeling for about a year now…

I just woke up from a little cat nap outside and had a lovely dream about making myself a delicious salad for lunch. Time to get cooking, ha. Wishing all a lovely Sunday afternoon!
