For the last few months i've been having recurring dreams in the same house. In my dreams I know it's my house, and I know my way around even though I've never seen it before. Sometimes it changes depending on the dream, but it's always the same layout. Usually it's old and worn, with dusty beige furniture and cardboard boxes stacked up in every corner, but sometimes it's very elegant with brand new, fancy furniture. I've never had a good dream that takes place in this house. It feels like home but there's something off about it.

That’s so eerie having your subconscious bring you back to the same place but shift the mood each time. Do you feel like the state of the house matches how you’re feeling in real life? Like elegant = better headspace, or is it a random switch up each time? Also, side note, the fact that it always feels like home but never in a good way def gives off liminal space vibes
ADHDreaming I’ve never really payed attention to when the house changes, but that’s a great question! I have to pay attention to that next time
