Somethings coming

Last night, I had my usual end-of-the-world scenario dream. It felt like it lasted for an entire week. This time, we were aware that something was about to happen, and the entire world went into a panic.

The dream began with me at a school event that resembled a festival, taking place back home in my hometown. Suddenly, everyone started panicking and running around wildly, as if we had just received the news that the impending event was beginning.

I found myself with some acquaintances who were more like friends, but the type of people I wouldn’t want to be in this situation with. I recall us escaping together in a vehicle and hiding in the forest. We drove as deep into the forest as possible to evade any potential threats. I remember constantly trying to call my dad, grandparents, and various numbers from my hometown, but I couldn’t get the numbers right. Every time I pressed a button and looked at the screen, the displayed number was different from what I had pressed. I couldn’t make a phone call, and this issue persisted throughout the entire dream.

At one point, we were at a rundown apartment complex, hiding out, and later, we ended up in a mall, trying to hide out there. Eventually, I made it to my parents’ house, where my stepmom and aunts were preparing to go north to hide out at our property. Throughout the dream, the small group of people I was with, there was one person in particular that I was gradually developing a romantic bond with. It was someone that I would least expect, but we started falling in love.

I think I woke up at that pointand went back to sleep. Only for it to be seven days later in the dream. We finally returned to my apartment, and my first thought was where were my two cats? My apartment had been ransacked, with doors left open, clothes, and belongings scattered everywhere. I remembered having two knives hidden, so I gave one to my ā€œfriendā€ and kept the other one. We searched the apartment and, to our surprise, found my cats very emaciated. I remember crying in the dream, feeding them, and saying, ā€œI don’t know what to do with you guys. I don’t know if I can take you with me.ā€ I was crying, sad, and trying to figure out what to do.

I woke up and thought this dream was strange, so I went back to sleep and hopped right back into it fml lol. At this point in the dream, the group had dwindled down to me and my ā€œfriend.ā€ Well, he and I decided to revisit the school/festival where I started searching for other people. Meanwhile, he ran into his girlfriend and his close group of friends. Instantly, I sensed that he was going to leave me because we were an odd pairing to begin with. So I decided to do my own thing for a while and wait for his return. I thought he had found his people and would stay with them. But guess what? He came back to me and told me that he didn’t want to leave with them. He wanted to stay with me. When I woke up, I felt all those emotions: happiness, joy, love—it was overwhelming.

I know there is more that happened in the dream, I remember the ocean and got glimpses of other places, but it’s hard to explain. They’re fading away.

What a dream! It was a longgggg, continuous dream. Haha I couldn’t stop dreaming about it if I tried last night. It was literally all I dreamed about last night.

I’ve mentioned this before: I live a completely different life when I’m dreaming. For me, dreams don’t have to have a meaning. They’re an escape to another place, another time, another universe, another dimension—something. They’re just too in-depth and vivid for me to think anything else. I really hope you all get to experience this type of dreaming.

Oh, and I still have no clue what the impending doom was lol

This is incredible!!!! Coming out of the dream in real life, only to be thrown back into it WITH TIME PASSING IN THE DREAM is absolutely wild!!!

Are your end of world dreams typically using the same places—like the apartment, mall, etc. ? It could be that this world/dimension is always in chaos. Would love to learn how many dreamscapes you got goin on haha

ADHDreamingĀ no my end of the world dreams are all over the place. I’d say 95% of the time they are in different places. I’ve been on spaceships, underground tunnels, factories, random buildings, several big cities, lakefront properties, schools, friends places that I’ve never been to but I know it’s their house. Just so many places and so many different scenarios lol. A one thing I know for sure is that my dreams never take place here in Vegas where I live. I wish I could show you haha. Even the sun shines differently in them
