Strange shadow man on my bed

Okay,so,i used to know how to lucid dream,but i dont do now.My household is deeply christian,although i dont follow their beliefs (i think for myself) i can certainly feel that.

For example,my grandmother died last summer,and her room is connected to my room in our house,only separated by a curtain.Ever since she died i always felt a presence of some sort.Yknow that feeling that someone is in the room sith you,but you close your eyes,for example.In that moment i often feel a presence where the person is.

I used to have a dream diary and record my dreams but i dont do now.So,my dream went like this:

I was sitting on my bed,a silouette of a man i recognized as an influencer of all things lol.They held a phone in their hand but the light of the phone didnt reflect on their face,then they show me the video,the video was just a normal tiktok,and the silouette whispers inaudibly in my ear.I still have vague awareness in my dreams so i reach out to touch the man (very smart i know) but then my arm falls asleep,yknow like it feels like my arm is replaced by static.then i ATCUALLY wake up,i feel disoriented,like im sleeping horzontally on my bed,but i wasnt.I havent moved from the position i fell asleep in one bit.Any clue as to what this means?

Also,as i said,vague awareness for dreams is always there for me,and when something scary happens in a dream,im like:okay and now i will scream or do something.But this is a dream wich scared me in real life,its currently 4 am and i have school tomorrow. ;-;

Also trying to learn how to lucid dream! And also had a dream with my phone, but I was walking my dog at the time and the screen was dark. Anyway, it sounds like this could be sleep paralysis? I feel like staying in one position to sleep will always either induce lucid dreaming and/or sleep paralysis, there's no in between 🙃
