I've recently gone deeeep into lucid dreaming ttok and keep seeing people talking about the wake back to bed method, so ofc i had to try it for yall 🫑.

Basically you set an alarm for 4-6 hours to sleep then wake up for like 10 to 20 minutes, then go back to sleep with the intention of realizing you’re dreaming. This method is supposed to put you right into rem sleep which makes lucid dreaming WAY easier.

So I tried this last night. Woke up mf tired, scrolled a bit (probably not ideal lol) then went back to sleep really focused on lucid dreaming. I didn’t get full control, but I definitely had a moment where I realized something was ~off and different from typical dreaming but only for a second. I think i got too excited lmao. Will report back with future findings. And this did bring me closer than I've ever been so going to keep trying!!

Anyone else tried #WBTB? What works best for you?
